phfamous.ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if it determines in its reasonable discretion that you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, phfamous.ph reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in your account. Where termination is not due to a breach by you, phfamous.ph will return any verified balance remaining in your account after deducting any amounts owed to phfamous.ph.
You may close your account at any time by contacting phfamous.ph customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any pending transactions and compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to phfamous.ph's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our customer support team. phfamous.ph will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt of a formal complaint.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
phfamous.ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phfamous.ph will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.
Your continued use of phfamous.ph following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.
